Sugarcane Plantation
 
 Cia. Albertina is located in the northeast of the State of São Paulo, in a privileged region served by high-quality state and local highways and endowed with excellent natural resources. This fertile region attains the country's highest productivity levels and its topography allows for mechanized harvesting, which can be carried out on up to 70 percent of its planted area. Cia. Albertina's daily sugarcane grinding capacity is 7,000 metric tons, producing up to 18,000 bags of sugar (900 MT) and 350,000 liters (350 m3) of alcohol. Its modern manufacturing facilities and laboratories utilize the highest technology available. Its planted area encompasses 16,875 hectares, 7,600 ha planted with its own sugarcane and 9,275 ha from suppliers. 1539 direct jobs and 1,600 indirect jobs are created, on average, by Cia. Albertina's activities. The company has a storage capacity for 28,000 m3 of alcohol and 1.5 million 50 kg bags of sugar.
